"Anticoagulation Management: The Past, Present, and Future"

Join us in St. James, Missouri for a networking reception followed by the CE program "Anticoagulation Management: The Past, Present, and Future" presented by Dr. Sara Richter '12, assistant professor of pharmacy practice. (UAN 0033-0000-17-002-L01-P). The program is worth one contact hour for pharmacists.
At the completion of the program, participants will be able to
1. Compare and contract oral anticoagulants,
2. Evaluate the role of oral anticoagulants in clinical practice, and
3. Identify limitations of barriers to the use of various oral anticoagulants.
